We are all saddened by the tragic passing of five-year-old Georgie Filer. He accidentally drowned on July 6, 2006. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Filer family.
GEORGIE'S GIFT OF LIFE

Every so often, you see a bright shining star in the skies. Georgie's light of love and happiness was here for five short years. George A. Filer V. was my son's child and was the happiest, sweetest kid you would ever want to meet. I'm devastated to report his drowning death in his mother's parents' pool on July 6, 2006. He was born with a smile and showed love for all those around him. His life was a very short five years, but he was a blessing to each person who met him. One of about 1450 children, most under five years of age, die each year typically in backyard pools. Most children drown without making a sound. Tell your friends about Georgie, and warn them to watch their children every minute when near water.http://www.liveandlearn.com/pools.html
